Discovering rural villages along mountains, see the locals and their daily activities. Enjoy the trip to Ninh Binh, Cuc Phuong National Park and Hoi An. Beside that, you will also cycling to other places such as Ho Chi Minh City & Mekong Delta.

Day 1: Hanoi – Ninh Binh (12 km) (-/L/D)

We will come and pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi. Next, we leave Hanoi for Ninh Binh, one of the most beautiful regions of Vietnam with its dramatic scenery, rich history, religious pilgrimage sites, and Cuc Phuong National Park. Upon arrival in Ninh Binh, enjoy a boat trip through Tam Coc, known as ‘Halong Bay on Land’, float past spectacular cliffs, tiny villages, and isolated farming communities. The boat trip is amazing with beautiful views along the way. In the afternoon, cycle to Hoa Lu, the ancient capital of the Vietnamese state. The bicycle tour is a round trip through spectacular scenery of rice fields, karst mountains, and quaint rural communities.

Day 2: Ninh Binh to Kenh Ga to Cuc Phuong National Park to Ninh Binh (21 km) (B/L/D)

After replenishing your body and mind with breakfast, get on your bike and head out. You will be traveled through through largely undiscovered rural scenery. Arrive in Kenh Ga and enjoy a trip by private boat. The boat tour takes you past spectacular limestone mountains, rice fields and the river that gently meanders through them. There is also the chance to explore a water-carved cave with thousands of years of mineral and rock formations. After lunch, drive to Cuc Phuong National Park, passing pineapple farms, rural villages, and beautiful landscapes on the way. In the late afternoon, you may take a short trek to see a thousand-year-old tree.

Day 3: Ninh Binh - Phat Diem - Hoi An (28km) (B/L/-)

Today your bike tour takes you past picturesque scenery and rural churches. In Phat Diem, we will visit the embroidery shops and the local market as well as explore the majestic Catholic cathedral, which illuminates the surrounding streets. The architecture of Phat Diem Cathedral blends Chinese and Western styles in its solid grey stone and wood architecture. After lunch, transfer to Hanoi airport for your flight to Da Nang. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel in Hoi An for three nights.

Day 4: Hoi An (28 km) (B/L/-)

After breakfast, get on your bike and start cycling tour around the countryside of Hoi An. You will love the peacefulness of this countryside as we pass traditional rice paddies, shrimp farms, ancestral tombs, water buffalo and smiling children. You will stop at the famous Thanh Ha pottery village. In the afternoon, explore the ancient town of Hoi An, visit some of the historic merchant and community houses, places of worship and the famous Japanese covered bridge.

Day 5: Hoi An - Hue (30 km) (B/L/-)

Get up early and enjoy breakfast. After that, get on the van and drive to Vinh Dien. Arrive in Vinh Dien this morning, unload your bike and start cycling. Follow a peaceful road, cycle northwest across bridges, through beautiful villages and along green rice fields. We also stop at Bang An Tower and Bo Bo mountain for a short photo stop. Then continue to Phong Nam village where you will have a chance to walk around the village. You can talk to local people and witness the daily life of villagers. This afternoon, transfer to Hue with a stop on Hai Van Pass and in Lang Co fishing village. Upon arrival in Hue, transfer to your hotel for two nights.

Day 6: Hue (20 km) (B/L/-)

Starting in the heart of the city, cycle across the Perfume River to Hue’s Old Quarter. Continue along the romantic waterway up to Thien Mu Pagoda, one of the oldest ancient architectural structures for religious worship in Hue. Visit the pagoda and then cycle to the tomb of Emperor Minh Mang, passing through fishing villages, rice paddy fields, old temples and hills covered with eucalyptus trees. Explore the tomb, set amid a lush pine hill by the river and considered one of the most beautiful mausoleums. Transfer back to Hue in the afternoon. Next visit the Hue Citadel, which encompasses three walled enclosures; Kinh Thanh Hue, Hoang Thanh, and the Forbidden Purple city of Tu Cam Thanh, once home to the Emperor.

Day 7: Hue – Ho Chi Minh City (B/L/-)

Transfer to the airport this morning for your flight to Ho Chi Minh City. On arrival in Ho Chi Minh, transfer to Liberty Central Hotel for one night. In the afternoon, enjoy a city tour taking in sights like bustling Cho lon, Thien Hau Pagoda, one of the oldest pagodas of the Chinese in the area and colourful Ben Thanh Market. Enjoy a photo stop at the former Presidential Palace, renowned for its symbolic role in the fall of Saigon in 1975 and continue to visit the War Remnants Museum.

Day 8: Ho Chi Minh City – Cai Be (30 km) (B/L/-)

After breakfast, get on the van and depart for Cai Lay. In Cai Lay, get on with your bike and cycle toward Cai Be. You can experience the difference of the countryside between the North of Vietnam and South of Vietnam. Arrive in Cai Be, you will get on boat. Enjoy a boat trip through the floating market in Cai Be. Next, get on the van and go to the Mekong Lodge. Check in for one night. In the afternoon, cycle to Tan Phong island to visit fruit gardens, local houses and observe the daily activities of the locals living along the ‘Mighty Mekong’. Taste some seasonal fruit and enjoy a cup of local green tea.

Day 9: Cai Be – Xeo Quit – Can Tho (30 km) (B/L/-)

After breakfast, transfer by road to Cao Lanh, where your bike will be unloaded. Cycle along scenic country roads to a former Viet Cong base in Xeo Quit. Enjoy a boat trip around the base and learn how Viet Cong soldiers lived and worked during the Vietnam War. This afternoon transfer by car to Can Tho. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel for one night.

Day 10: Can Tho – Ho Chi Minh City (B/L/-)

This morning visit the floating market at Cai Rang by boat, to see local farmers trading their produce on the water as they have done for centuries. After breakfast depart for Ho Chi Minh City with lunch at a local restaurant en route. Upon arrival, transfer to the airport for your flight.

Distance biking is varied depend on the ability and duration of the biker (3 Options):
